About Vision Appalachia

New Vision Vocational Training
The mission of the New Vision Vocational Training Program is to make long-term sustainable impact on the lives of participants by equipping them to become valued members of today’s workforce and providing jobs where they can flex their new-found skills.

Work in Partnership with Corporate Partner
MTD Corporation of Cleveland, OH is currently the single biggest supporter of this program. The support they have provided has helped us define and launch this program. It is our plan to enter into other private sector relationships with businesses and organizations that are willing to share their resources to help us paint a new vision for local young men and women.

Recruit, Hire and Train 
Hire and train Service Technicians who can help us grow the New Vision Vocational Training Program.   Participants work through life and practical skills curricula and a spiritual growth track.

Market and Provide Services and Products
We are providing the following services and products: lawn care and landscaping, maintenance of outdoor power equipment, firewood, light construction and property management.
